The Holy Face of Jesus Chapel

Despite the recent setback with the roof, where I was given a reasonable quote from two young men only to find six men dismantling it the next day, accompanied by an unreasonable price hike (6 times the original) and aggression, the spirit remains undeterred. In moments of distress, the kindness of neighbours reminded me that we're not alone in this endeavour.

Now, as the chapel stands ready to welcome volunteers, it's clear that the community will play a pivotal role in its greatness. Together, we'll make offerings to God and cultivate a sense of belonging within the Poustinia.

Though its still in the early stages, having held one Holy Mass, I'm filled with anticipation for what's to come. Updates and pictures will document our progress, but it's the people who will truly shape the legacy of this chapel. It's a journey worth embarking on together, where each step forward is guided by faith and shared commitment.
